TikTok Shop 3-day delivery badge: how to get it
The 3-day delivery badge tells TikTok Shop shoppers a product is likely to arrive within 3 business days. TikTok Shop says it improves visibility — including extra traffic on the Shop tab — and conversion. Here’s how you earn it.
How it works
- The badge is per product and per route — from your pickup warehouse to the shopper’s address. It appears only where TikTok Shop sees strong, stable history of delivery within 3 business days.
- It can be removed if a product-route stops meeting the window, and added back once performance improves.
- With free shipping too, shoppers see a Free 3-day delivery badge instead.
- No extra fees or penalties apply if a badge order arrives late.
Counting business days: the window starts the next business day after the order. Weekends and US public holidays don’t count — so a Friday order counts from Monday and the window ends Wednesday.
Not eligible: pre-order, made-to-order, backorder and custom handling time items.
What decides whether you get it
- the product and route’s historical 3-day delivery rate;
- your available inventory;
- accurate warehouse addresses and product-to-warehouse mapping.

How to get more badges
- Use or expand Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT), so TikTok Shop handles storage, packing and shipping.
- Keep warehouse information accurate in Seller Center, with correct inventory — and set up products that ship from several warehouses correctly.
- Ship faster on the routes TikTok Shop flags, whether the delay is in shipping out or in transit.
