TikTok Shop rates listings Poor, Fair or Good against its listing quality guidelines and rejects ones that break the rules. Paste your title and description and the tool shows what to fix — in order.
Question 1 of 2
Fix red first, then yellow. Green is polish — don’t start by rewriting everything.
A product has to be live and approved before anything else matters.
Live, Reviewing, Failed, Frozen or Deactivated — Seller Center shows it.
Fix exactly what it names, then resubmit once.
25–255 characters, no repeats, clickbait, stock claims or variant counts.
Five or more images; a clean main image over 600 × 600 px with no text or logos.
All required attributes and a description of more than 80 characters, without links.
Most rejections and Poor ratings come from a handful of rules.
Words like best seller, low stock or buy now aren’t allowed.
A word or phrase repeated four or more times breaks the title rules.
Logos, watermarks, borders or stickers on the main image get flagged.
The Good tier needs five or more varied images.
Missing required or category information caps the quality rating.
Descriptions must stay relevant and free of outside links.
Live products can be found, but most TikTok Shop traffic comes from videos, LIVE and creators rather than search. Improve the listing quality, then drive traffic with content.
Content changes are reviewed again before they go live. Batch your fixes into one edit.
