Merchant Center 提示“缺少退货和退款政策”：怎么修复
“Missing return and refund policy on your online store（网店缺少退货和退款政策）”是账户级问题：Google 说，因为在你的网站上找不到清晰的退货和退款政策，你的账户已被拒批或即将被拒批。要设置的有两样东西——网站上的政策，以及 Merchant Center 里的退货政策。
第一部分：网站上的政策（解决这个问题）
Google 给出的三步：
- 容易找到。 比如在每个页面的页脚放一个退货和退款政策的链接。
- 写清楚。 说明你怎么处理退货和退款，写明所有要求和时限——比如接受的退货原因和退货期限。
- 前后一致。 页脚、退货页面、横幅等所有出现的地方都要一致。
如果你不接受退货或退款，也要在网站上写清楚。这本身也是一种政策。
Google 对退货政策的要求还包括：
- 覆盖买家改变主意等一般情况，而不只是商品有缺陷；
- 不用登录、注册或填写个人信息就能看到；
- 写明退货期限、退货方式和退货费用。

Returns and refunds
We accept returns within [30] days of delivery for any reason, including if you change your mind. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

网站更新后，Google 会重新审核。生效可能需要一些时间。
不管用哪个建站平台，都把政策发布成单独的页面，并加到页脚菜单里。
第二部分：Merchant Center 里的退货政策（可选，但有用）
Merchant Center 里的退货政策和网站审核是分开的。它能让 Google 在广告、免费商品信息和 Gmail 上显示你的退货条款。
- 进入 Products & store → Shipping and returns（配送和退货）。
- 选择 Return policies（退货政策）→ Add return policy（添加退货政策）。
- 按流程填写后 Save（保存）。Merchant Center 可能会根据你的网站给出建议设置——可以接受、修改或忽略。
可以只建一个适用所有商品的政策，也可以加例外政策——比如个人护理用品、安全装备或刻字商品不退，或者高端电子产品只有 14 天退货期——再用 return policy label [return_policy_label]（退货政策标签） 属性指定到对应商品。
如果广告上的退货政策旁边显示 “For most items（大多数商品）”，说明这是 Google 从你网站上推断出来的；上传你自己的政策后，这个标注就会去掉。Merchant Center 里的设置要和网站一致。
